There is not one nook or cranny in this space that has not been Cocofied.

I should have taken more pictures because there is more to see.  I'll save that for Part 2 of this post.

I love my mom's house. It's so inviting and cozy.  I love that she takes the time to make every little corner beautiful.

Middle School Promotion

In some parts of the country, it is not a big deal when a child makes the transition from middle school to high school.  In California, it's a big deal.  We know it's not a high school or college graduation but it's a way to pause and acknowledge your child's accomplishments.  It's a way to mark the end of a stage in their lives and set expectations for the next. 

And of course, it's an excuse to have a P-A-R-T-Y!

This past weekend, we celebrated Mateo's and my nephew, Andy's 8th grade promotion.  The theme for the party was inspirational -and cheesy quotes.

Congratulations, Andy and Mateo! I'm so proud of you!
